2. Approval of Open Session and Executive Session Minutes of the October 5, 2023, Meeting
The Board may enter into Executive Session to consult with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) section 92-5(a)(4) to review the executive session minutes.

4. Applications
The Board may enter into Executive Session to consider and evaluate personal information relating to individuals applying for licensure in accordance with section 92-5(a)(1), HRS, and/or to consult with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities in accordance with section 92-5(a)(4), HRS.

5. New Business
a. Hawaii Acupuncture Medicine Association (“HAMA”) legislative update
HAMA will provide an update regarding their ideas for the upcoming legislative session.
b. Legislative delegation for 2024 session
The Board may choose up to two acupuncturists with whom the Executive Officer may consult in case bills relating to acupuncture are scheduled for hearings in between scheduled Board meetings.
