Appraisal Management - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Appraisal Management Company Program begins on September 1, 2024.
- Appraisal Management Companies who held a current license at the time the former program repealed (6/30/2023), are eligible to restore their licenses. You may request to restore your license by emailing amc@dcca.hawaii.gov to request a restoration form. Submitting the restoration form via hardcopy, along with the ASC registry fee for the period of December 1, 2022-November 30, 2023, are required to restore a license.
All other Appraisal Management Companies will be subject to the initial licensure process.

All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by December 31 of every odd-numbered year.
Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.
Regain Active Status
Restoration Information (Restore within 1 year after license expiration)
Forfeited licenses may be restored within 1 year and subject to meeting restoration requirements.
(Must restore by hardcopy only)

Failure to restore a forfeited license within 1 year after the license expiration date will result in the termination of the license and the person must apply as a new applicant and meet current licensing requirements.
