On-time renewals for the licensing period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027

  • Renewals Accepted:

    May 5, 2025 to June 30, 2025

  • Renewal Postcard Mailout:

    May 2, 2025

  • Renew By License Expiration Date:

    June 30, 2025

  • All Licenses regardless of issuance date, are subject to renewal by June 30 of every odd-numbered year.

Licenses not renewed by license expiration date are unlicensed and may not practice.

Regain Active Status

Restoration Information (Restore within 1 year after license expiration)

Acupuncturist (ACU) licenses must be restored within one year of the expiration date. Failure to restore within this period results in license termination, requiring you to apply as a new applicant
